Great events don’t happen by chance, they happen by design. Behind the scenes, someone has to do the fiddly work and we’re more than happy to tackle those tasks.

Front-of-house success relies on detailed planning, and we are expert managers of tight schedules, site assessments, delivery deadlines, risk analysis, H&S needs, catering contracts, venue security, staffing and specialist backroom teams. We’re also dab hands at production when an event goes live. Working autonomously or in concert with client contacts, we ensure that all the essential elements come together in a co-ordinated fashion.

From sound-checks to set-builds, AV supply to heating hire, multi-media platforms to live music, we source the kit and crew to create success whatever the setting. We pride ourselves on only using the best equipment and the very best people to make it work like it should. Our track-record is beyond compare in these unsung, unseen areas and we love the challenge of managing an event from first-stage inception to on-stage execution (in fact, whisper it quietly, but boss-man John actually loves logistics!).
